by the end of next year

I have two sentences with the future perfect as below:

1. Next year I will have been working here for 10 years.

2. By the kết thúc of next year, I will have been working here for 10 years.

Please kindly kiểm tra the underlined parts and tell mạ the differences caused by them.

  • Next year - sometime next year; the anniversary of working there could be the beginning, middle or kết thúc of the next year.

    By the kết thúc of next year - when the kết thúc of next year arrives you have worked for 10 years. It indicates more precisely at what point in the next year.

    If we change above sentence as below - adding by before the time phrase, please advise whether it makes any difference.

    By next year I will have been working here for 10 years.

    Next year - vague/at some point next year
    By next year - when the next year starts, 10 years will have been achieved. Presumably, the anniversary is close lớn the kết thúc of the current year or at the very start of the next year. However, I personally would more likely assume kết thúc of current year.
